Weather decisions follow the current weather policy. Equipment may not be used in rain unless that specific product is approved for it.
Some interactive rentals require trained attendants. Product pages and your booking summary clearly show the requirement and any fee.
Customer pickup is available only for approved items. Large inflatables and interactive rides are delivery-and-setup only.
Pending checkout selections are held for 30 minutes by default. Administrators can change this setting.
