3. Quotes, orders, and availability

Website listings and availability results are invitations to request an order, not guaranteed acceptance. An order becomes confirmed only when R.E.Y. FUN accepts it and any required deposit or payment is completed. We may correct pricing, description, inventory, or typographical errors before acceptance and will ask for approval if a material change affects an accepted order.

5. Rental safety and customer duties

• Follow all age, weight, capacity, supervision, weather, setup, and operating instructions.
• Do not move, modify, subrent, repair, or use rental equipment for an unauthorized purpose.
• Keep the installation area clean, level, accessible, and free of hazards, traffic, sharp objects, and unapproved water exposure.
• Stop use immediately if equipment becomes unsafe, damaged, unstable, or affected by prohibited weather, and contact us.
• The responsible adult named on the order must supervise use and protect equipment from loss, theft, misuse, and avoidable damage.

6. Product purchases

Product specifications, colors, accessories, and availability may change. Customers are responsible for confirming that a purchased product is suitable for the intended location and use and for following all setup, anchoring, inflation, maintenance, storage, and safety instructions.

7. Website use and intellectual property

Website content, branding, photographs, product descriptions, and software are owned by or licensed to R.E.Y. FUN. You may use the website for personal or internal business purchasing only. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, or use content in a misleading or unlawful manner.
